Platinum Edition Cell Warranty
Platinum Edition Salt Cells carry the following 5 year pro rata warranty should fault occur due to faulty manufacture or materials, under normal use and service.
For residential use, Platinum Edition Salt Cells warrants the original purchaser that the equipment shall be free of manufacturer defects at the time of sale and upon examination, shall provide replacement parts or repair in accordance with the following schedule.
First Year. Replacement cell supplied from our facility at no cost. Platinum Edition Salt Cells reserves the right to determine whether or not a cell will be replaced with a new or refurbished cell or repaired.
Second Year. Replacement cell supplied from our facility at 30% of published retail price.
Third Year. Replacement cell supplied from our facility at 50% of the published retail price.
Fourth Year. Replacement cell supplied from our facility at 70% of the published retail price.
Fifth Year. Replacement cell supplied from our facility at 70% of the published retail price.
For commercial use in any “regulated pool”, all parts are warranted against defect for a period of one year, without pro-ration.
The warranty may be void if the following occurs:
- Damage to the unit beyond Platinum Edition Salt Cells control.
- If correct pool chemistry is not maintained.
- The cell is not cleaned regularly or cleaned by any other method other than by the method recommended by the manufacturer. Damage due to improper service.
This warranty is applicable to workmanship and materials only and Platinum Edition Salt Cells, its agents, employees, and affiliates expressly disclaim responsibility for loss, damage, or injuries to persons or property arising from warranty failure, or installation of equipment.
- 1.In no event shall Platinum Edition Salt Cells be responsible for any consequential, special or incidental damages of any nature whatsoever, including, but not limited to, personal injury, property damage, damage to or loss of equipment, lost profits or revenue, costs of renting replacements, and other additional expenses, even if the seller had been advised of the possibility of such damages.
Warranty claims must be initiated in a timely manner.
